Time
  • Available every day at 3:45 a.m., except Wednesday.
Duration
  • Please allow at least 4-5 hours for this experience, including the balloon inflation, the flight, vehicle recovery and champagne breakfast
  • You day will start early approx. 1 hour prior to dawn. In the cooler months it can be as late as 6am and in the warmer months it can be as early as 3:30am
  • The actual flight will last approximately 45 minutes to one hour
  • Available for bookings from April to November

  • The meeting point for this experience is the Northam Airfield, Withers Street in Northam.

What To Bring
  • Dress according to the weather, casual comfortable clothing is advised (jeans and sneakers).
  • Shoes must be flat, no high heels or open toed shoes permitted. Hat, sunglasses and sunscreen are a must.

  • Please advise your weight, any special dietary requirements and if you have had a recent injury or surgery at the time of booking
  • People who have had recent back or leg injuries should consult their doctor before flying
  • Flights run daily subject to availability and minimum numbers between early April and late November
  • Windward Ballooning will not knowingly fly any person who is pregnant
Cancellation Policy
  • Change your booking up to 7 days before the start time of your experience
  • Changes are not permitted within 7 days of your experience
  • Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience
